PESTICIDES.

A big culprit in prostate cancer in particular and cancer in general, is the presence of pesticides on almost every type of conventionally-grown produce. Pesticides are big sources of xenoestrogens, chemical substances resembling hormones, which can wreak havoc in the human body. Bottom line: Go Organic. As the Vancouver researcher Lurie puts it, " Anyone who has a prostate or breasts should eat organic."
