A PERSONAL UPDATE.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in May, four years ago. My Gleason score was 6 and my PSA was 4.4. I have had no conventional treatment, but have a disciplined regimen of diet, exercise, and lifestyle change. (see website for details). I report to the Cancer Clinic every six months for a DRE and a PSA review. I have just had my most recent visit. My PSA is 5.8, and on examination, I am "stable." Overall, my health is excellent. I am thankful!
